Production Time

My current turnaround time is 6-8 weeks (unless stated otherwise) from the time that I receive the order to the time that I ship the product(s) as all items are made by hand and to order. If you need a rush order, add "Expedited Production" to your cart and, if necessary, leave further information about your deadline in notes at checkout.

Return Policy

All sales are final. As each piece is custom-made to order, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, I provide lifetime repairs and resizing for no extra cost.

International Orders

As I am currently unable to process international orders through my website, if you are outside of the U.S., contact me directly with a list of the items you are interested in as well as your complete address. I will then be able to calculate an estimated shipping cost and provide payment options.

Commission Information

My commissions are currently closed and will reopen in 2025. If you are interested in discussing a custom piece, contact me via email with a detailed description of what you are looking for to receive a price quote. All custom orders start at a minimum of $100 with additional pricing to be determined once the final design is agreed upon. A deposit may be required for larger projects which will be applied to the overall cost of the piece.

Shipping and Handling

I use USPS for all of my shipments. In the case of a lost package, contact me and I will advise you on how to proceed with USPS/package insurance. In cases of packages with a confirmed delivery notice without package arrival (ie. stolen packages, packages delivered incorrectly by USPS, etc....), refunds will not be issued.
